The hosts, Toinette and her husband, truly made us feel at home, much like visiting old friends. Every morning began with an incredible breakfast buffet featuring locally-sourced products-it's hard to beat that start to the day! Our room was impeccably clean, featuring small, thoughtful touches that added to its charm. The sitting area provided a cozy spot for unwinding after our adventures exploring the picturesque surroundings, with options for hiking and cycling nearby. Plus, the outdoor dining area was a lovely setting to enjoy evening meals. What stood out was the value proposition: while the room rates may seem a touch high, the comprehensive offerings, like free parking, Wi-Fi, and the welcoming atmosphere, provided a noteworthy level of comfort without the typical luxury price tag. All in all, Gite Chez Toinette offers a worthwhile escape in a beautiful region, making it a smart choice for travelers seeking both tranquility and value.
